Product Owners, and other technical stakeholders, sharing knowledge and contributing to a strong engineering culture around test automation. /li /ulh3What you’ll need /h3ulliSoftware Engineering Automation Experience: proven experience as a Software Engineer, QA Automation Engineer, Test Automation Engineer, or in a similar technical role, with a strong focus on developing automated testing solutions. /liliStrong Programming Skills: solid proficiency in Python and the ability to write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code. A strong software engineering mindset is essential. /liliAutomation Frameworks: hands-on experience designing, developing, or maintaining automation frameworks. Experience with Robot Framework is highly preferred; strong expertise in alternative frameworks is also valuable, together with the willingness to work with Robot Framework. /liliWeb Mobile Automation: hands‑on experience with Selenium WebDriver for web automation and Appium for mobile testing. /liliTest Automation Principles: strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, automation patterns, and best practices for building reliable and maintainable test suites. /liliSoftware Development Lifecycle: solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices. /liliVersion Control Collaboration: experience working with Git and collaborative software development workflows. /liliBug Tracking Test Management: experience with bug tracking systems such as Jira is required. Familiarity with test management tools, particularly the Xray plugin, is highly appreciated. /liliProblem Solving Debugging: excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills,
