We partner with some of the biggest manufacturing companies in the world and our technical innovations are used to enhance well-known brands across multiple industries. /p pbDo you have a true passion for the Pharmaceutical or Electronic industries and for delivering the best solutions for our customers? /b /p pWe are looking for Senior Software Cyber Security Developer. /p h3What you will do /h3 pThe Senior Software Cyber Security Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions for industrial applications, with a focus on low-level communication and integration with hardware devices. The role requires strong analytical skills, autonomy, and the ability to work collaboratively within an Agile team. In the specific scope, he/she will: /p ul liDevelop and maintain software following secure coding practices and secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) principles. /li liPerform root cause analysis of security vulnerabilities, software defects and field issues. /li liDesign, develop, test and validate security patches, mitigations and temporary workarounds for identified vulnerabilities. /li liManage the vulnerability lifecycle, including identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation and verification activities. /li liAnalyze CVEs, security advisories and vulnerability disclosures to evaluate potential impact on company products. /li liAssess and prioritize vulnerabilities using CVSS scoring methodologies and risk-based approaches. /li liParticipate in threat modeling activities during product design and development phases. /li liSupport emergency response activities, including development and deployment of hot fixes for critical security issues. /li liCollaborate with QA and cybersecurity teams to validate remediation effectiveness and prevent vulnerability recurrence. /li liManage source code versioning, branching strategies and release processes using Git-based workflows. /li liContribute to secure architecture reviews and software security improvement initiatives. /li liDocument security findings, remediation activities, risk assessments and technical decisions.



/li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Biomedical, Telecommunications, Automation) or related field. /li liAt least 6 years of professional experience in software development, software maintenance or cybersecurity-related software engineering roles. /li liStrong knowledge of secure coding practices and common software vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10, CWE). /li liExperience developing, testing and deploying security patches, mitigations and emergency hot fixes. /li liProven experience performing root cause analysis and corrective action definition. /li liKnowledge of vulnerability management processes and vulnerability lifecycle management. /li liUnderstanding of CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) and CVSS (Common Vulnerability Scoring System). /li liAbility to read, interpret and assess security advisories, vulnerability disclosures and vendor bulletins. /li liExperience with source code management, branching strategies and release management using Git, Bitbucket or similar tools. /li liFamiliarity with threat modeling methodologies and risk assessment techniques. /li liExperience working in Agile and DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines. /li liSolid experience in object-oriented programming (Delphi/Object Pascal with RAD preferred, C++, C#). /li liProven experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP), TCP/IP socket programming, OPC, and serial interfaces (RS485). /li liExperience with database management (SQL/NoSQL; Embarcadero and/or, PostgreSQL is a plus). /li liFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks (DUnit, TestInsight or similar). /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience reviewing public security advisories and CVE disclosures. /li liContribution to or collaboration with open-source projects and communities. /li liFamiliarity with coordinated vulnerability disclosure processes. /li liKnowledge of vulnerability databases such as NVD,



MITRE CVE and CISA advisories. /li liExperience interacting with external security researchers or product security incident response teams (PSIRT). /li liSecurity certifications or specialized security training. /li /ul h3Others /h3 ul liExperience or knowledge in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). /li liAbility to design and implement basic machine learning models for industrial data analysis or predictive maintenance. /li liFamiliarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. /li liUnderstanding of how to integrate machine learning components into existing software architectures. /li liInterest in exploring AI-driven solutions for industrial automation and process optimization. /li liExperience in the field of cyber security, including secure coding practices and vulnerability assessment. /li liExperience in networking and related protocols. /li liExperience with virtual machine technologies (e.g. VMware, Docker). /li liExperience in domain management (e.g. LDAP). /li /ul pWe offer permanent contract with a competitive salary package in the range of €50,000 - €60,000 gross annual salary, based on experience and seniority, along with a diverse range of benefits designed to support our employees' physical and emotional well-being. /p pJoin us and be yourself.
