Its mission is to develop markets and sell differentiated, high-quality products in the above areas, while ensuring excellent, reliable, and consistent service and delivery to its broad global customer base. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppSenior Field Operations Engineer /ppbr / /ppPosition Summary /ppThe Senior Field Operations Engineer is responsible for leading the execution of complex /ppindustrial field projects worldwide, ensuring the highest standards of safety, operational /ppexcellence and customer satisfaction. The role combines technical expertise, field leadership /ppand project execution. The successful candidate will progressively become team leader of /ppthe field team coordinating field teams, mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous /ppimprovement of operational practices. /ppbr / /ppKey Responsibilities /pp• Lead multidisciplinary field teams during execution of industrial projects. /pp• Plan and coordinate field activities with customers and internal departments. /pp• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and customer procedures. /pp• Supervise installation, commissioning, operation and troubleshooting of industrial /ppprocess equipment /pp• Perform and supervise mechanical assembly, electrical connections, instrumentation /ppverification and system testing.
/pp• Diagnose and resolve technical issues under demanding field conditions. /pp• Interface directly with customer operations, maintenance and engineering teams. /pp• Prepare technical documentation and field reports. /pp• Support equipment maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. /pp• Train, coach and mentor junior field personnel. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppRequired Experience /pp• Minimum 2–4 years of industrial field experience. /pp• Proven experience leading teams in complex industrial environments. /pp• Experience during plant shutdowns, commissioning or maintenance activities. /pp• Experience operating at customer sites with demanding HSE standards. /ppbr / /ppTechnical Background /ppCandidates should demonstrate practical experience in several of the following areas: /pp• Mechanical equipment /pp• Industrial electrical systems, priority on electrical control panel /pp• Instrumentation /pp• Pumps, valves and piping /pp• Process equipment /pp• Industrial troubleshooting /ppbr / /ppPreferred Industry Experience /pp• Oil Gas /pp• Petrochemical /pp• Chemical /pp• Power Generation /pp• EPC /pp• Industrial Field Services /pp• Process Industries /ppbr / /ppLeadership Personal Attributes /pp• Strong leadership capability and ability to lead by example. /pp• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. /pp• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams under demanding conditions. /pp• Strong customer orientation and communication skills. /pp• The ideal candidate enjoys working in the field rather than in the office, is comfortable /pptaking ownership under demanding conditions, and naturally leads teams by example. /ppbr / /ppLanguages /pp• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory. /pp• Additional languages are considered an advantage. /ppbr / /ppTravel Requirements /pp• Availability for extensive international travel (up to 70%). /pp• Availability to work during plant shutdowns, including weekends and extended shifts /ppwhen required /ppbr / /ppSUBMIT CV /p
