and review and optimise operational and building services workflows /li liensure that maintenance work, repairs and new installations are carried out cost-effectively, on time and to the required standard /li limonitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, rules, inspection deadlines, as well as occupational health and safety requirements /li liwill help draft service contracts, review contract terms, obtain quotes and handle claims with insurance companies /li /ul h3We've Been Waiting For You, Since You Have/are /h3 ul lisuccessfully completed an apprenticeship in building services engineering /li liseveral years’ professional and managerial experience in a similar field; ideally, you will also have managed properties abroad /li lienjoy being on the go and are keen on travelling /li lia good knowledge of building services engineering and control and measurement technology /li lia professional manner, and loyalty and integrity come naturally to you /li lisolve problems independently and creatively, whilst taking business considerations into account /li liexcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and, thanks to your structured approach to work and organisational skills, you enjoy keeping track of everything /li liare fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage /li /ul h3What's in for you?
