Indirect Procurement Specialist

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the purchasing of indirect goods and services, including facility management, ICT, marketing, travel, and business consultancy. The position combines operational buying with strategic procurement, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier quality, and alignment with corporate goals.



Plan and manage procurement activities for indirect goods and services in line with company programs and budgets.

Negotiate commercial conditions (pricing, delivery, payment terms, SLAs) to maximize efficiency and savings. Collaborate with internal departments (HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to ensure procurement supports business needs. Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and innovation.

Oversee procurement reporting, budgeting, and KPI tracking for indirect categories. 5–8 years of experience in procurement, preferably within industrial or structured organizations, with exposure to indirect categories. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Solid knowledge of ERP systems and procurement tools.

Fluency in English (written and spoken). Precision, result orientation, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. A stimulating, fast-paced environment where you can develop your technical, specialist, and soft skills through continuous learning and hands‐on experience.
