Who we're looking for

IT Project Manager / Technical Project Manager — Minimum 20 hrs/week — Full flexibility based on results

- Responsibilities
- Translate functional requirements and CTO decisions into clear, assignable technical tasks
- Plan, organize, and monitor backlog, sprints, and roadmaps with measurable milestones
- Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and assign them to the technical team
- Set strategic priorities and manage the team's operational flow
- Track progress, deadlines, and delay risks, flagging issues to the CTO and the board
- Coordinate the development team through daily and weekly meetings and periodic reviews
- Collaborate with functional analysts and developers to ensure code and deliverable quality
- Conduct code reviews, operational testing, and quality control
- Organize technical documentation, reports, and updates for the CTO and the board
- Support the CTO in defining backlog, projects, tasks, and priorities
- Contribute to technical recruiting and candidate evaluation
- Ensure deadlines are met, deliverable quality is maintained, and technical standards are followed
- Anticipate operational issues and propose effective solutions
- Maintain an organized, clear workflow aligned with strategic goals
- Core Skills
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager / Technical Project Manager with complex software teams
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture, code, and development processes
- Advanced management of backlogs, sprints, roadmaps, and milestones
- Proficiency with GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Slack, and other project management tools
- Strong team coordination, operational leadership, and communication skills
- Fast problem-solving and risk management abilities
- Fluent Italian (required)
- Precision, punctuality, and adherence to deadlines
- Operational autonomy and ability to work remotely (minimum 4 hours/day)




- Strategic vision and the ability to translate CTO decisions into operational execution
- Comfort working in high-performance, merit-based environments
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
- Experience with code review, QA, and operational testing
- Ability to interface with C-level leadership and developers
- Competence in performance metrics and technical reporting

Language requirement: Fluent written and spoken Italian (required)

- How does the operational roadmap work?

There's no need to build the full MVP to achieve results and activate monetization. Everything required involves a manageable, minimal effort focused on demonstrating capability and concrete contribution.

Phase 1 – Activation of technology-driven commercial processes (in progress)

Thanks to our complete database covering every player in the high-value automotive supply chain, we already have an active Sales Community. The administrative and commercial processes are fully structured to eliminate the sector's current inefficiencies and enable immediate operations on high-value, high-commercial-value vehicles. Technology processes are already underway on the commercial side, delivering concrete results from day one.

Phase 2 – Launch of the B2C rewards campaign and conversion of the B2B database The B2C-facing campaign is already in the launch phase and will activate licenses, enrich the database, and further strengthen our Sales Community. This will allow us to convert our entire existing B2B database, creating an operational asset ready for the next phases.

Phase 3 – Preparation and launch of the full MVP (Release 1)

The MVP will integrate all multi-channel technology processes for the entire supply chain. This will enable a global launch, with efficient, scalable, and immediate commercial operations, thanks to already-tested and validated processes. R&D; team members will be able to get directly involved, contributing in a concrete and measurable way to business volumes.
