As part of the Pre- & Post-Sales team, you will support customers in leveraging Zuken software solutions by understanding their requirements, delivering technical demonstrations, and ensuring successful implementation. You will work across industries such as transportation, machinery, aerospace, and cable manufacturing, helping integrate engineering tools into complex environments. Your goal is to drive customer success, ensure smooth solution adoption, and contribute to business growth through strong technical expertise and customer engagement.
To strengthen our team in Italy (Assago, near Milan), we are looking for someone to join us full-time as Pre- & Post Sales Consultant (f/m/d) Your Tasks Support pre-sales activities incl. demos, presentations & PoCs Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions using Zuken software portfolio Contribute to proposals and technical concepts Install, configure, and support software solutions Deliver customer training (on-site and remote) Provide technical support and troubleshooting Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, R&D;) to meet customer needs Support integration of Zuken solutions into customer IT environments (e.g., PDM/PLM/ERP)
