Job Overview
We are looking for a Powertrain Quality Operations Manager
Technical Skills
- 5-10 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary quality teams (Quality Operations, Engineering, Metrology, Supplier Quality).
- Knowledge of key internal and external quality KPIs, including: DRR, 0 km PPM, 3MIS Warranty, KPPM, Internal Scrap
- Experience in Advanced Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D methodology, risk assessment, and reaction plan definition.
- Experience in containment management and serial life management.
- Experience in managing process, product, and supplier non-conformities.
- Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management processes, supplier escalation management, and action plan evaluation.
- Knowledge of: PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, P-FMEA,
D-FMEA, Process Validation, Industrial change management.
- Ability to perform technical product diagnostics and dimensional analysis.
- Knowledge of geometry, metrology, and measurement systems.
- Knowledge of SPC, Cpk, process capability, and quality statistical tools.
- Ability to interpret data from metrology, calibration, materials, chemical, and functional testing laboratories.
- Experience in cross-functional coordination with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Product Development.
- Support of Change Point Management activities and product development milestones.
- Experience in managing shopfloor quality activities and conducting functional audits.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, Kaizen, Read Across, and best practice standardization.

- Strong responsiveness and decision-making capability in complex and high-pressure industrial environments.
Languages
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Offer
- Salary range: from 42.000 € to 49.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
