We are looking for a Powertrain Quality Operations Manager 5-10 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary quality teams (Quality Operations, Engineering, Metrology, Supplier Quality). ~ Experience in Advanced Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D methodology, risk assessment, and reaction plan definition. ~ Experience in containment management and serial life management. ~ Experience in managing process, product, and supplier non-conformities. ~ Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management processes,
supplier escalation management, and action plan evaluation. ~ Knowledge of: PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, P-FMEA, D-FMEA, Process Validation, Industrial change management. ~ Ability to perform technical product diagnostics and dimensional analysis. ~ Knowledge of geometry, metrology, and measurement systems. ~ Knowledge of SPC, Cpk, process capability, and quality statistical tools. ~ Ability to interpret data from metrology, calibration, materials, chemical, and functional testing laboratories. ~ Experience in cross-functional coordination with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Product Development. ~ Support of Change Point Management activities and product development milestones. ~ Experience in managing shopfloor quality activities and conducting functional audits. ~ Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. ~ Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, Kaizen, Read Across, and best practice standardization. Strong responsiveness and decision-making capability in complex and high-pressure industrial environments. Languages ~ English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
