Mechanical Field Service Technician - Turbomachinery

For the further operational development of our After Sales Turbomachinery department, we are looking for a Mechanical Field Service Technician with prior field experience withrotating equipment.

As a Field ServiceTechnician, you will be part of a dedicated international team and contribute directly and independently to the successful execution of service projects, onshore and offshore within Europe. In this position, you will be responsible for pursuing field service activities related to the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of turbomachinery for industrial applications. Our customers include energy producers, process industries, EPCs, and engineering firms across Italy and beyond.

What You Will Be Doing

- Execution / Supervision of mechanical works at customer sites, mainly on turbomachinery
- Planning, organization, preparation & coordination of such site works with Everllence internal as well as customer staff & contractors
- Professional guidance and instruction of the crew employed (own, clients and / or contractors) during the site works
- Perform service tasks on new installations, maintenance and repairing activities on turbo compressors, steam turbines, expanders and other rotating equipment
- Perform administration, reporting and documentation for the work performed
- First response to our clients in Italy and European Region for any emergency on Everllence turbomachinery

Who You Are

- Graduate from Senior High School with completed apprenticeship training and more than 5 years of experience on rotating equipment (steam turbines, turbo compressors, and expanders), or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in mechanical work on rotating equipment.
- More than 3 years of field service experience involving new installations and/or maintenance work on turbomachinery,



preferably in an international environment.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical documentation, instructions, technical sketches, and cross-sectional drawings.
- Strong written reporting skills and the ability to clearly document findings and observations from the field.
- Fluent in English and a good command of Italian, both written and spoken.

Where we need you You will travel across Italy and Europe for up to 75% of your working time, supporting installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at customer sites. Flexibility to respond to customer schedules and occasional emergency assignments is required. Our offices are located in Genoa and Lomagna, Italy; however, your presence there will only be required occasionally. When not assigned to customer sites, you will primarily work from your home office and support project preparation, reporting, and coordination activities remotely.
