What You Need to Be Successful:
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Aerospace, Aeronautics, Robotics, etc.)
Less than 18 months of professional experience
Fluency in English; a second language will be considered a plus
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
Innate aptitude for teamworkPersonal drive and result orientation.
