IMA E-COMMERCE specializes in the design and manufacturing of automated packaging lines dedicated to e-commerce and the logistics sector. Work location: Ozzano dell’Emilia (Bologna), Italy
The Role
- Manage the assembly, installation, and testing of mechanical components for automatic machines.
- Perform machine assembly and testing at the pneumatic and hydraulic level, following the technical drawings provided by the Engineering Department.
- Carry out machine validation tests during the FAT phase, in collaboration with the electrical assembly team, and participate in FAT acceptance tests in the presence of the customer.Install and commission the machine at the customer’s site, performing SAT and validation tests in line with the FAT phase.
- Carry out after-sales service activities (repairs, maintenance, installation of additional units (GR), spare parts)
and provide machine training to customers.
Experience & Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role; experience in the automatic machinery sector is preferred, with a strong focus on precision mechanical assembly.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 150 days per year), typically for periods of 2–3 weeks, with possible extensions of up to 6 weeks.
- Good knowledge of the English language.

Compensation Package
The starting gross annual salary will be € 33.000, under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalmeccanica Industria, with the possibility of increase based on the candidate’s experience and skills, in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
