About the Role
Are you a recent graduate? Do you want to join the Human Resources department for a 6-month internship?
You will take an active role in the Learning area supporting the team in the following activities:
- Managing the flow of activities related to training projects and HR programs
- Monitoring the progress of related activities, ensuring the data accuracy to be uploaded in the LMS System (Learning Management System)
- Analyzing data and exporting ad hoc reports
- Within Group Learning, development programs
- Supporting preparatory activities for the classes
- Carrying out class activities
What You Need to Be Successful
- Master's degree in Management, Political Science, Economics, Humanities
- Good knowledge of Office Suite
- Good knowledge of both English and Italian languages (written and spoken)
