As part of our continued expansion in Italy, we are excited to be launching operations in Turin . We are now looking for a Fleet Specialist Team Lead to lead our warehouse and in-field operations in the city.
In this hands‐on role, you will play a key part in building and developing our local operation, leading a team to ensure our vehicles are safe, available, and well maintained, while supporting a high-quality experience for Voi riders in Turin.
YOUR MISSION AT VOI As the Team Lead, you will work under the Site Manager and report directly to them, providing support in accordance with market needs.
Your responsibilities include overseeing the efficient execution of tasks related to maintaining, repairing, transporting, and repositioning vehicles, as well as swapping batteries. You will divide your time between managerial duties such as hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations for your team and performing operational tasks, whether in the warehouse or in the field, based on the business needs of the site.
Team Management: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and training of Fleet Specialists Inventory Management: oversee spare parts and battery inventory to ensure Health&Safety; : Ensure team members adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards, complete onboarding paperwork, and monitor mandatory training compliance Incident Management : Record, follow up, and investigate incidents, ensuring adherence to workplace accident policies Contractor Management :
Supports when required the repairs and maintenance in the warehouse as needed Van Management : Supports operational aspects of vans, including installation and removal of tracking devices, but not budget or planning WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We are looking for a pragmatic and responsible team-player who can fulfil tasks, solve problems independently, and work as part of a team to find new solutions and reach set goals. In addition to being fluent in English, the right person needs: Mandatory requirement – Driving licence: You must hold a full Italian driving licence .
