Role Description The Junior Lawyer will support the firm’s legal activities through research, drafting, and case preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing legal documents and contracts, conducting legal and case law research, assisting with filings and procedural tasks, and supporting senior lawyers in client meetings and court-related activities. The role involves reviewing case materials, organizing documentation, and maintaining accurate records to ensure timely and compliant case management.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Olbia,



requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and direct interaction with clients and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Completed law degree and eligibility to practice law in Italy, or in the process of qualification.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts, opinions, and formal correspondence with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian; knowledge of English or other languages is an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple cases and meeting deadlines.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professional ethics.
- Comfort with on-site work in Olbia and willingness to attend meetings, hearings, and client appointments as needed.
- Good command of common office and legal software tools; familiarity with digital document management is beneficial.
- Motivation to learn, openness to feedback, and interest in developing expertise within the firm’s practice areas.
