Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate social media content for the Italian market, ensuring strict adherence to platform community guidelines.
- Investigate and mitigate risks related to online safety, misinformation, and prohibited user-generated content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine trust and safety policies for a global social media user base.
- Analyze emerging trends in digital abuse to proactively protect the platform's brand reputation.
- Provide high-level support for user reports regarding account security and policy violations.
- Maintain high quality and productivity benchmarks to ensure a safe and secure digital environment.
- Participate in regular feedback loops to improve moderation tools and automated safety systems.
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.
- Passion for social media and a keen interest in digital trust and safety standards.
- High level of analytical skill and the ability to make objective, policy-based decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to reside in Sofia, Bulgaria for this on-site role.
