- Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary. Requirements: 1. Fluency in Italian and English. 2.
