We are looking for an extracurricular intern for our Pomigliano d'Arco site. As Intern - Production Analysis you will learn Supply Chain management model by supporting the workforce analysis Team in industrial KPI measurement.
Essential Responsabilities
- Learn how to perform monthly workforce analysis at plant level, driving variance analysis by shop
- Help in monitoring performance KPIs and targets, ensuring the alignment with costs and efficiency
- Support in monitoring and analysing production requirements
- Learn how to plan and forecast shops needs to ensure proper and optimized level of utilization of the workforce
- Support Manufacturing Target Cost definition during cost estimation
- Learn and apply technical method to measure routing time with stopwatch
- Take part in Hourly (Direct/Indirect) analysis activities and provide criteria for definition of the workforce needs
- Learn how to consolidate the Hourly Strategic Workforce Planning
Essential Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Management Engineering
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawing & technical specifications
- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
- Analytical and organizational ability
- Fluent Italian and good level of English
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
