Support the success of process improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures, and process documentation, and coordinating with the various functions involved.
Contribute to the transformation of the plant, technology transfer, and continuous maintenance of value streams.
Contribute to the implementation of demand-driven production fundamentals and strategies that support operational excellence and long-term plans (flexibility,
speed, and responsiveness).
Help ensure that product, material, and information flows are synchronized to produce maximum efficiency and minimum operating cost, by designing and leading the realization of line service carts and workstations.
Work closely with production personnel to promote continuous improvement of production methods, systems, and controls.
Monitor and supervise methodological correctness in project development, efficient use of resources, and robustness of results with the aim of providing timely feedback to the involved structures.
Act as a facilitator of change management, implementation of major improvement programs, and effective measurement of Key Performance Indicators. xrdztoy
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Good knowledge of Lean principles and CAD software
