Experteer Overview In this role you own indirect spend categories across the EMEA region, shaping strategy and driving measurable value. You will lead end-to-end category management and work with cross-functional teams to improve supplier performance, cost savings, and risk mitigation. The position offers visibility with senior stakeholders and the chance to influence procurement on a multinational scale.
You will engage with suppliers to drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Facilities across EMEA Support business case development and investment decisions with market insights Influence stakeholders to adopt procurement best practices and preferred supplier solutions Ensure early procurement engagement to maximise value creation opportunities Drive procurement process optimization and compliance across the sourcing lifecycle Promote adoption of e-Sourcing tools and Oracle procurement solutions Monitor savings, supplier performance, compliance and category KPIs Lead regional procurement improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities Responsabilità Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics or related discipline Minimum 5 years' experience in Procurement and/or Category Management Strong experience leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations and contract management Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills Fluent English communication skills
