Your mission that drives sustainability in logistics We are seeking a dedicated Terminal Support Specialist (m/f/d) to oversee and facilitate the efficient operation of our terminal facilities at our location in Domodossola. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks essential to maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance within our terminal operations. Check and log vehicle and load details (e.g. on a tablet/scanner).

Help the team load and unload transport units and trains. Depending on your licence/experience, operate handling kit (e.g. forklift/reach stacker) and pitch in with general terminal tasks. Help keep the terminal safe, clean and tidy.

Completion of technical training, along with several years of relevant professional experience. Solid understanding of rail shunting dynamics, both within and outside railway junctions. Familiarity with railway equipment and its routine maintenance procedures.

Forklift driver's licence and proficiency in forklift maneuvering.

Experience in rail traffic management or a background in rail/transport operations. Strong focus on health and safety, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of terminal activities. Proficiency in English and Italian.
