Align with the group's HR strategy, adapt and implement global HR policies to fit the local market and team needs.

Design and optimize performance management systems, compensation structures, training programs and talent development channels to enhance team efficiency and employee engagement. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, improve employee satisfaction, retention and team cohesion.
Collaborate with the China headquarters and regional HR teams to support cross-cultural communication and synergy.
Job Requirements
At least 7 years of full-cycle HR management experience in Italy, with solid knowledge of local labor laws, CCNL commercial and HR best practices. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, multinational enterprises is highly preferred. Strong cross-cultural communication, problem-solving, coordination and pressure-resistant abilities;
proactive and results-oriented. Good understanding of HR strategic planning and organizational development, able to link HR work with business goals. xkiyazw
