The role partners closely with people leaders, coaching and supporting them to build, maintain a positive Employee Relations environment that enables a high-performance culture and follow-up on the going transition of some HR activities through our Global Shared Services (GBS).
As a member of the European HR Integrated Operations (IO) team and supporting the Site Leadership Team (SLT), the role reports to the HR Director for IO. This is a full-time permanent role based at our Mozzo manufacturing facility, working closely with site leaders and employees. The role is primarily site-based, with the option to work from home 1-2 days per week.
Key responsibilities
Organisational Effectiveness Drive organisational effectiveness initiatives aligned with business strategy.
Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change programmes.
Partner with leaders to enhance team performance and capability.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning Lead talent and succession planning to support business growth.
Partner with leaders on recruitment, workforce planning, and key hires.
Collaborate with Centres of Excellence on learning and leadership development.
Employee Relations & Labour Law Act as the main HR contact in Italy for managers and employees.
Provide guidance on Italian labour law, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and HR policies.
Manage employee relations cases and ensure legal and policy compliance.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance Support compensation reviews and reward decisions.
Provide local market insights to inform reward strategies.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies.
HR Operations & Employee Experience Partner with Global Shared Services to deliver effective HR processes.
Support onboarding, HR administration, payroll-related matters, and employee lifecycle activities.
Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
Leadership Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to the Site Leadership Team.
Coach and support managers on leadership and people management practices.
Qualifications and skills
Previous HRBP experience
Experienced in influencing senior stakeholders in complex change situations
Expertise in Italian labour law, employee relations, and HR compliance
Strong operational HR experience across recruitment, case management, and HR processes
Coaching
Proven project management skillset
Languages Italian and English fluently

The hiring range for this position is 47,000 - 63,000 gross base salary per annum.
The actual base salary within the stated range will be set using objective, gender-neutral criteria, including skills, experience, role requirements and internal equity.
The hiring range is determined based on a fair evaluation of the role and relevant market benchmarks in the applicable country.
