Elevate the art of hospitality as a Housekeeping Intern, where your organizational prowess weaves together the seamless tapestry of a well-maintained and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team members. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
- Support the housekeeping team in delivering excellence, ensuring that each room reflects the highest standards of hospitality and meticulous care.
- Assist with inspections and verification of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms and common areas,
ensuring compliance with established standards and promptly addressing any issues that arise.
- Support the monitoring of supplies and housekeeping equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in managing guest requests, reports, and questions related to housekeeping services, providing effective solutions and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Support the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment is considered a plus.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Hospitality is considered a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organization skills.
