The Europa Palace is a 5 stars property, with an inventory of 70 rooms, including Suites and Junior Suites, which opened its doors on January 15th this year after an extended refurbishment. The property is in the hearth of Sanremo, overlooking the sea promenade and the iconic Casino. This original building dates to 1878 and now combines comfort, and Italian contemporary design with an elegant attention to details.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Agent at Europa Palace located in San Remo. The Front Office Agent will be responsible for receptionist duties, check-in procedures, front office tasks,
providing excellent customer service, and clear communication with guests.
Qualifications
- Receptionist Duties and Front Office skills
- Check-in procedures knowledge
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Revealing a unique sales personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- Exceptional ability to inspire people.
- Proactive mind-set and positive thinking.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Italian
English
French
Any other languages would be considered as a plus
