Description We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and clients. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to handle a variety of tasks such as greeting guests, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive and professional demeanor.
Answer, screen,
and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain front desk calendars.
Provide accurate information regarding company services and policies.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‐paced environment.
