To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for a dedicated, quality-driven and passionate Entremétier (m/f/d) who enriches our Farm-to-Table cuisine with creativity, precision and culinary craftsmanship.

Your Tasks

- Independently manage and organise the Entremétier section
- Prepare high-quality vegetable, potato and pasta dishes as well as vegetarian creations
- Creatively work with seasonal and regional ingredients in line with our Farm-to-Table concept
- Take responsibility for mise en place and ensure smooth operations during service
- Maintain consistently high standards of product quality, taste and presentation
- Handle food and resources carefully and efficiently
- Comply with all hygiene, quality and HACCP standards
- Work closely with the entire kitchen brigade to ensure a smooth service
- Support the development of new dishes and seasonal menus

Your Profile

- Completed culinary training and professional experience as an Entremétier, Chef de Partie or in a comparable position
- Passion for high-quality cuisine and the creative use of regional ingredients
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Strong quality awareness and attention to detail

- Team spirit, flexibility and ability to work well under pressure
- Responsible and cost-conscious handling of food
- Very good command of Italian, German or English
