Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing warehouse development strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Based on the company's medium and long-term strategic goals and business needs, plan the warehouse storage capacity reasonably.
Establish lean operation standards to continuously improve the level of customer warehouse services.
Based on the analysis of business data, optimize warehouse business content and provide support and suggestions for the company's business decision-making.
Responsible for team building, daily management and talent development, and continuously improve the team's skills and service awareness.
Requirements Years of experience in managing large-scale e-commerce warehouses in Europe. Proficient in e-commerce industry warehousing, distribution processes and inventory control.
Rich experience in managing large-scale automated warehouses on-site.
Able to complete warehouse business planning based on data analysis and business strategy needs.
Rich experience in warehouse industry team management capabilities, with outstanding leadership.
Excellent communication and internal and external coordination capabilities, able to work efficiently under pressure.
Chinese and English can be used as working languages, and those who can speak Italian are preferred.
