The Duty Manager will support the daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and assist departmental teams in maintaining the highest standards of service associated with luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the senior management in overseeing daily hotel operations and Food &, Beverage outlets
- Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Food &, Beverage,
and other departments
- Provide operational support to all F&, B outlets during service periods, events, and high-volume operations
- Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Monitor service xkiyazw standards and ensure compliance with hotel procedures and brand expectations
- Assist with VIP arrivals, guest relations, and special requests
- Supervise shifts and support team members during operational hours
