This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the international growth and brand presence of a leading Made in Italy clothing and knitwear manufacturer. You will play a pivotal part in shaping the company’s marketing strategy, supporting both sales expansion and corporate communications. The position is tempo parziale and hybrid, based in Milan, requiring on-site presence with flexibility for remote work.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to research fashion trends, analyze consumer behavior, and define brand positioning in a competitive global market.

Deliverables

- Conduct in-depth research on current and emerging fashion trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze consumer behavior and competitor positioning to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns, product launches, and promotional events both online and offline.
- Support e-commerce initiatives, CRM activities, and social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand loyalty.




- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and market insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements

- Proven experience in fashion marketing, preferably within the apparel or luxury goods sector.
- Strong understanding of international sales strategies and brand positioning.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, e-commerce, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer data.
- Outstanding communication and project management abilities.
- Based in Milan, with availability for on-site work and the option for partial remote work.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
