Maintain quality and compliance management As a backup for all operational work & customer services issues. Key Accountabilities
Customer service & interactions. DIM update, Archiving & all VF Ops related assigned tasks.
Daily business activity (Amendment /Blocking Release/ Insurance/Postponement / early settlement/ obligation letter / plate number change letter). Compliance to Vehicle Release process & procedures (Corporate & Retail). Preparing IPG for corporate customers. Ensure full adherence to bank policy, procedure & SOP. Ensure professional and ethical standards are maintained at all levels. Handle internal & external queries in timely & efficient manner and maintain excellent working relations with all business partners / units. Ensure the strict implementation of policies, instructions & circulars related to all procedures, products and services of the bank. Any other departmental job delegations.
