Wolters Kluwer Italia, player di riferimento nello sviluppo di applicativi software per professionisti e aziende, ricerca per la funzione CONSULTING della divisione Legal&Regulatory;, un profilo CONSULENTE APPLICATIVO ERP Il Senior Consultant collabora con clienti e partner in qualità di esperto, per applicazioni e/o progetti di consolidamento gestionale. In collaborazione con il Project Manager, assume la guida del Cliente, offre soluzioni adeguate ai problemi e prende decisioni sul percorso da seguire. Funge da collegamento tra il cliente e il team IT.

Il suo lavoro consiste nel contatto diretto con il Cliente al fine di raccoglie le sue esigenze IT, fornire soluzioni a problemi, fornire formazione. Il team IT lavora sulla base delle informazioni da lui fornite. Facilita i workshop di progettazione, presentando opzioni e osservazioni che dimostrano un approccio pro attivo.

Principali responsabilità

- analisi dei requisiti aziendali, produzione dell'ambito della soluzione, progettazione dettagliata della soluzione, consulenza e assistenza nelle attività di costruzione e test, documentazione.

Compiti chiave

- Lavorare con clienti e partner sull'ambito del progetto; • Partecipa alla progettazione, alla costruzione, ai test e alla messa in funzione; • Fornire competenze; • Segnalare le attività del progetto al responsabile e al PM; • Garantire che la documentazione del progetto corrisponda alle esigenze del cliente; • Corsi di formazione.

Altri aspetti di questo ruolo includono:

- Collaborare con i responsabili dei servizi e delle vendite per sviluppare nuove opportunità di business.
- Coinvolgimento nello sviluppo del prodotto in merito a problemi specifici relativi al prodotto, suggerimento di miglioramenti, partecipazione a revisioni di nuove versioni.

Competenze

- Comprensione e analisi dei processi aziendali per fornire ai clienti soluzioni facili da usare; • Esperienza con SQL, MDX e integrazione dei dati; • Webservices; • Pacchetto Office.

Il ruolo prevede trasferte Nazionali. E’ richiesta esperienza di almeno un anno per il medesimo ruolo.
