To create exceptional arrival and guest experiences, we are looking for a warm, attentive and service-oriented Concierge / Valet (m/f/d) who creates special moments for our guests through personalised service, seamless organisation and extensive knowledge of the Alpine surroundings.
Your Tasks
- Warmly welcome and personally assist our guests upon arrival and departure
- Assist with luggage service and valet parking
- Organise and oversee garage management
- Maintain and manage the hotel's vehicle fleet
- Manage and organise the e-bike fleet
- Prepare and support personalised outdoor experiences
- Maintain and monitor outdoor areas, pathways and access points around the resort
- Prepare and oversee special outdoor experiences such as fire pits
- Provide recommendations on activities, nature experiences and regional highlights
- Fulfil individual guest requests with attentiveness and a strong service mindset
- Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping and all operational departments
Your Profile
- Experience in Concierge, Valet, Front Office or upscale hospitality service is an advantage
- Genuine host personality with a passion for direct guest interaction
- Enthusiasm for the Alpine environment and outdoor experiences
- Valid Category B driving licence required
- Confident handling of vehicles and an interest in mobility
- Well-groomed appearance and professional communication skills
- Helpful, flexible and solution-oriented personality
- Very good command of English; Italian or German is an advantage
