Communications Strategy & Content Manager

04 set - Italia
The Most

The Most Company (TMC) is looking for a communication professional who combines strategic thinking, strong editorial skills and a genuine interest in making communication more effective.

We are a communication agency working on European and territorial cooperation projects across the Mediterranean and Europe. Over the past six years, we have worked on communication strategies, storytelling, branding, social media, campaigns, editorial content, video production and stakeholder engagement for projects involving territories, institutions, businesses and communities.

We are looking for someone who can understand a project, identify what matters, find the right way to communicate it, and continuously improve the way we do it.

What you will do

Develop communication strategies that actually work

You will work closely with our project teams to understand each project before defining how it should be communicated. You will:

- analyse projects, objectives, audiences, stakeholders and communication challenges;
- develop communication strategies and translate them into actionable plans;
- define positioning, key messages, narratives and communication approaches;
- identify the right channels, formats and actions for each audience;
- monitor implementation and continuously assess what is working and what is not;
- use insights and data to improve strategies.

We expect you to question assumptions, propose better solutions and explain the reasoning behind your choices. Turn European projects into communication people want to read A large part of our work involves projects with complex topics, technical language and multiple partners. Your job will be to make these projects understandable, relevant and engaging without oversimplifying them. You will develop:

- editorial concepts and content;
- articles and web content;
- newsletters;
- social media content;
- campaign concepts;
- communication materials;
- storytelling formats;
- video concepts and storyboards;

- scripts for video reportage documenting project activities and results.

We particularly value people who can find the story inside a project, rather than simply reporting what happened. We want newsletters that people actually want to open. We want social media that creates conversations, not just a sequence of publications. We want video reportage that tells a story, rather than simply documenting an event.

Make social media meaningful

You will contribute to the management and development of social media channels across different projects and TMC itself. You will:

- develop content and engagement approaches;
- understand the role of each platform;
- analyse performance and audience behaviour;
- identify what generates meaningful engagement;
- learn from results and adapt.

Help TMC communicate itself

There is an important part of this role that goes beyond client projects. Over the years, we have produced strategies, campaigns, stories, identities, videos and communication tools for others — while being much less consistent in telling our own story. You will help relaunch TMC's corporate communication and strengthen how we present ourselves externally.

How we work

TMC is a remote organisation. We work around objectives, priorities, planning and deadlines. This requires a high level of autonomy. We need someone who can organise their own work, anticipate problems, communicate when something is unclear, meet commitments and take responsibility for the quality of what they deliver. Remote work at TMC is not about doing less.

It is about having the freedom to decide how to do your work well.

What we are looking for

You might be the person we are looking for if you:

- have experience in strategic communication, content strategy, communication consultancy or a related field;
- can analyse a project and turn its complexity into a clear communication approach;
- understand audiences, positioning, messaging and storytelling;
- are an excellent writer and editor;
- know how to develop engaging digital and social media content;
- can interpret social media and communication performance data;
- know how to translate insights into concrete improvements;
- can develop video concepts, storyboards and scripts;
- have an interest in European and territorial cooperation;
- are able to work independently and manage your own priorities;
- are curious and willing to question established processes;
- care deeply about the quality of the final product.

You must have a strong professional command of English, French and Italian. Knowledge of additional European or Mediterranean languages is a plus. What we offer

- A remote tempo parziale position (available as either an employment contract or freelance collaboration)
- Flexible working hours based on objectives and deadlines;
- A varied mix of strategy, editorial work, digital communication and storytelling;
- A team that genuinely cares about the quality of its work.

The exact contractual arrangement and working time will be discussed according to experience and availability.
