Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings D. from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with a state bar association 2-10 years of experience practicing family law Excellent analytical, research,
