What you need to be successful?
- Master's degree completed between 2025-2026 (applications will be evaluated based on current needs and relevant skills background);
- Fluency in English. A second language will be considered as a plus;
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders;
- Natural aptitude for teamwork;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Personal drive and result-orientation.
Our Offer Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from EUR 33,000 to EUR 37,000.
A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
