We are looking forward to welcoming you to our team in Salò as:
Chef de Rang (m/f/d) Your responsibilities: Responsible for looking after guests in the restaurant area
Independently managing your own station
Ensuring optimal service flow
Responsible for instructing and supervising employees and trainees in the restaurant
Selling drinks and wine and making wine recommendations
Providing wine service
Providing competent advice to guests on the range of drinks and food on offer
Handling complaints quickly and in a guest-oriented manner
Shared responsibility for order and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
Your profile: Relevant professional experience in the upscale hotel/catering industry
Organisational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership skills
Excellent specialist knowledge and very good wine knowledge (national and international)
Ambition, sociability and motivation
High service and quality orientation
Very good knowledge of German and Italian, knowledge of English is advantageous
