As a Service Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing customer-focused service campaigns. Your goal is to ensure smooth coordination across departments and deliver high-quality results that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and manage service campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams and customers * Monitor campaign execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met * Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for process improvement * Ensure alignment with company standards and service objectives * Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS * Experience in project management, customer service or campaign coordination,
