In the position of AI Transformation Manager, you shape the AI agenda: you assess business processes for AI potential, evaluate new AI technologies, turn the promising cases into initiatives and manage the resulting portfolio along the IT roadmap.
You design how AI governance works in practice: the decision paths, responsibilities and working rules that make it usable day to day within the governance and control framework owned by the AI & Information Security Officer, with whom you work closely.
You raise AI literacy across the company, lead the change it requires, and chair the cross-functional AI community that turns practical experience into shared rules and best practices.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess business processes across all functions to identify where AI can deliver measurable improvement
- Evaluate new AI technologies, tools and market developments, and derive concrete recommendations for our context
- Qualify AI use cases on value, feasibility, data availability and effort, and maintain a prioritized AI portfolio
- Lead AI initiatives together with the delivery teams and members of the respective function, from concept through to productive use, ensuring each solution is handed over with documentation, monitoring and a named owner
- Align the AI portfolio with the IT portfolio and roadmap, and create transparency on effort, vantaggi and status, as well as present the portfolio for approval at the Digital Steering Committee
- Translate the governance and control framework set by the AI & Information Security Officer into practicable rules and working instructions
- Design a decentralized AI governance model: decision paths, responsibilities, and thresholds that allow low-risk cases to proceed quickly; lead the development of rules, working instructions and best practices for AI use
- Foster and cultivate AI literacy across the enterprise,
talent development, and upskilling initiatives to build a future-ready workforce, ensuring that the AI literacy obligations under the EU AI Act are met in practice
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Master's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, business informatics or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in IT, digitalization or process/technology projects in a business or industrial environment, with track records of taking AI or machine learning applications from initial use case to productive operation
- Broad knowledge of AI application across domains, from AI-assisted software engineering to business process automation and data-driven analysis
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Experience developing governance, policies or frameworks; knowledge of the EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001 is an advantage
- Sound understanding of business processes, and the judgement to assess where technology delivers value
- Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian

- Total compensation starting from € 74.000 gross per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement
