Joy Project is hiring: Junior Sales Manager / Commercial Project ManagerJoy Project is an Italian company specialized in custom special effects for events, shows and major brands, operating in an international context.Next year, we will celebrate 30 years of activity.We don’t sell catalog products: we design tailor-made experiences.We are looking for a Junior sales professional / commercial project manager able to build strong relationships and develop new business opportunities, while ensuring continuity throughout the project lifecycle.Main responsibilities- Support business development and client management activities- Build relationships with agencies, brands, and event organizers- Gather client needs and support the development of project proposals- Coordinate with technical and operational teams throughout the different project phases- Support commercial follow-up and project organization- Participate in meetings, site inspections, and live eventsRequirements- Interest in events, entertainment,
