You will be a key advocate for the customer, helping engineering teams identify risks early, prioritize critical issues, and continuously improve software quality through data-driven decisions.Your ResponsibilitiesDrive Quality Throughout DevelopmentDefine and monitor Software Quality Development indicators across all project phasesProactively detect, escalate,



and resolve quality risks to protect project milestones and customer satisfactionSupport engineering teams in achieving quality objectives from development through launchRepresent the Voice of the CustomerBring customer expectations and quality requirements into project decision-makingAssess risks and mitigation plans through SOP and warranty phasesEnsure customer feedback is translated into concrete improvement actiionsLead Issue Prioritization & ResolutionCoordinate structured issue prioritization activities with engineering teamsUse warranty, validation, survey and defect data to focus efforts on the most critical issuesDrive root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensuring effective implementation and closureStrengthen Supplier & Partner QualitySupport suppliers and partners in achieving quality convergence targetsReview RFQ packages with a quality-focused approach, emphasizing robustness, warranty performance and benchmarkingEnsure alignment with Stellantis quality expectations from the earliest project phasesPromote Continuous ImprovementDeploy lessons learned from field issues,



warranty data and benchmarking activitiesLeverage post-launch performance data to improve future programsTrack risk mitigation plans and ensure timely execution of corrective actiionsYour Qualification, Skills and ExperienceMaster's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldMore than 10 years of experience in Quality or Project ManagementStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management toolsExcellent analytical, leadership and communication skillsExperience with Infotainment, Displays and/or Clusters in an OEM or Tier 1 environmentAbility to troubleshoot interactions between on-board and off-board systemsStrong capability to identify priorities and risks and escalate them appropriatelyFluent English and Italian (at least B2)Comfortable operating in a global environment and reporting to senior managementOur OfferSalary range: from 53000 € to 65000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirementsCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional areaAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
