**Roma** **Your challenges** Within Strategy & Consulting Service, you'll upport the ideation, design and implementation of a new Mobility Model leveraging innovative trends and challenges that are shaking the Rail & Public Transportation Industry. Don't miss the opportunity to translate new technology levers into concrete solutions and actions for our International Clients. Leading a Junior Delivery Team (3-5 resources), you are an expert of one or more of the following topics: - Rail & Public Transit new business strategy and digital technology trends
- Mobility as a Service (analysis on impacts and opportunities across all the Value Chain from design to Customer Service)
- Corporate processes reorganization (from sustainable finance to employee experience) Innovation follows a path which you will help design at Accenture. You'll help customers identify goals and achieve them by guiding them through a technological transformation. Why we would choose you? - At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following topics: - Rail & Public Transportation industry expertise: knowledge business models, core processes and ecosystem players;
- Market Knowledge & understanding in order to support the building of partnership for new services;
- Digital Transformation highly impacting processes, legacy & corporate systems;
- Project Management and Team Coordination skills; ability to interface with Client audience, understanding specific needs and business opportunities;
- Sustainability: combine strategy, consulting, innovation management and technologies in the field of "Sustainability" (ex. from ESC Strategies to circular transition plans, to engagements scouting the most advanced Sustainability Technologies or planning the carbon neutrality of major multinational company);- A curios and continuous learner approach in order to deal with context continuously changing in terms of technologies, customer expectations and operating model
- An Engineering or Economics Degree
- You speak and write English fluently
- You love to share and learn different things
