He/she supports the Digital Marketing & Digital Communication teams with the delivery of top-quality online experiences, with a specific focus on editing the contents for the digital storytelling, contributing at implementing the Worldwide Digital Strategy. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, he/she collaborates closely with other functions, such as the Omnichannel, Image and Social departments, as well as key local markets. **Main Accountabilities**: - Support with the day-to-day operational work around website refreshes and content publication
- Liaise with Omnichannel, Media and IT teams to evaluate specific market opportunities and improve engagement and conversion
- Monitor the digital landscape, industry-specific trends and practices to increase knowledge sharing and support the Company digital evolution
- Support the product page digital asset production (3D, still life and endorsed images) and facilitate the delivery process in the company digital platforms
- Coordinate with Image Dept to proactively support the shooting process many steps: from product selection to the monitoring of the Business Units assets approval
- Ensure the on-time product assets availability for the product launches in the Bulgari Digital channels
- Coordinate and implement the roll out of product page special features (engraving, hot stamping, virtual try on, augmented reality), ensuring a timely realization and delivery with the partnering agency
- Monitor the special requests from the markets, and proactively provide and coordinate the agency delivery plan **Profile**:
**Requirements**: - Master’s degree in Economics/Marketing/Communication or similar fields
- Previous experience in the Digital field
- Fluency in English and Italian is a must, any additional language is a plus
- Strong digital competences and analytics skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments
- Extremely organized, proactive and highly attentive to details
- Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies
