Your roleAtlas Copco BLM designs and manufactures complex electromechanical systems, where industrial performance depends on effective coordination between product design and manufacturing processes.In this context, the Industrialization Manager ensures robust product industrialization, strengthens the interface between R&D; and Operations, and improves manufacturing readiness before ramp-up.The role also drives the evolution of the Industrialization function toward a more structured and proactive model, contributing to process efficiency, lean initiatives and digital transformation (PLM, MES), with direct impact on quality, cost and competitiveness.You will report to Operations Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure manufacturing readiness of new products before ramp-up (process stability, documentation completeness, supplier readiness, production feasibility).Strengthen the interface between R&D; and Operations, ensuring structured handover, clear ownership and early visibility of risks.Reduce time to industrialization by improving planning, coordination and anticipation of issues.Prevent and mitigate launch-related issues (scrap, rework, process instability, supplier unpreparedness) through strong execution discipline.Drive manufacturing efficiency and cost competitiveness through process optimization, waste reduction and productivity improvements.Contribute to lean transformation and continuous improvement, ensuring standardization and application of lessons learned.Act as a key stakeholder in PLM, MES and industrial digitalization initiatives,



ensuring proper integration of Industrialization requirements.Lead and develop the Industrialization team (internal resources and consultants), ensuring effective organization, coaching and capability growth.Contribute to the strategic evolution of the function, building a more structured, scalable and competitive industrialization model.Collaborate with R&D;, Production, Supply Chain and Quality to ensure full alignment with business and operational objectives.To succeed, you will needDegree in Engineering.Minimum 3 years of experience in management positions in Industrialization, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI or similar industrial roles in electromechanical manufacturing companies.Strong experience in managing product industrialization and transfer from R&D; to production.Proven experience in team management, coaching and organizational development.Strong knowledge of industrial processes, process optimization and manufacturing systems.Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and industrial efficiency programs.Knowledge of ERP, PLM, MES,



other manufacturing digital tools are a plus.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to combine short-term execution with medium- to long-term strategic vision.Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
