SoleChem Srl is expanding in Italy and Europe. We’re hiring a Sales Manager to grow B2B revenues across thousands of chemicals, including Food & Feed additives, Pharma excippients, Cosmetic ingredients, Industrial chemicals, Fine chemicals and Activated Carbon. You’ll drive new business and key accounts, lead offers/negotiations (Incoterms, payment terms), and partner with supply chain & regulatory to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries. **Requirements (must-have)**: - Fluency in Italian and English
- Willing to travel for work
- 3+ years B2B chemical sales experience **Preferred (nice to have)**: - Less than 35 years old
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering (or related)
- Commercial + technical literacy (TDS/SDS) **Location**: Milan area **Language**: - Italian (required)
- English (required) Willingness to travel: - 50% (preferred)
