As a Project Manager for the Security Operations team, you will play a key role in coordinating cybersecurity activities across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the timely execution of security-related deliverables throughout the product lifecycle. Acting as the main interface between cybersecurity, engineering, certification, and project teams, you will contribute to the development of secure and compliant products.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate cybersecurity activities across cybersecurity, engineering, certification, and project teams to ensure timely execution and alignment of objectives
Manage day-to-day product cybersecurity activities, including security analyses, penetration testing, security validation, and certification readiness
Coordinate vulnerability management activities across development teams, ensuring rapid response, remediation tracking, and continuous follow-up
Monitor cybersecurity status, remediation progress, risks, delays, and critical issues throughout the product lifecycle
Support and coordinate security event analysis and incident investigation activities
Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes, governance, and operational effectiveness
Support compliance with cybersecurity standards, regulations, and certification requirements for connected products
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
Previous experience in project planning or project management within an R&D;, industrial, automotive,
or consulting environment as well as in coordinating activities across multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
Knowledge of connected systems, embedded products, and industrial or automotive environments
Understanding of secure product development lifecycles, threat analysis, penetration testing, vulnerability management, and vulnerability scanning
Experience with project collaboration and configuration management tools, preferably Confluence, Jira, and Git
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication abilities
Structured, proactive, and autonomous working style with a solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in English, knowledge of German and/or Italian is a plus

Total compensation starting from € 52,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement
