In this role, you will engage with warm leads, build relationships with prospective customers, answer questions, and help guide them through our products and services. This is a fully remote position working with an international team in a fast-paced online environment. **Responsibilities**:
Communicate with French-speaking prospects via chat and messaging platforms Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Follow up with interested prospects and nurture ongoing conversations Assist customers throughout the decision-making process Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer information Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly goals **Requirements**:
Native or fluent French speaker Previous experience in sales, customer engagement, account management, or client-facing roles Strong interest in financial markets, market analysis, investing,
or online financial communities Comfortable discussing market trends, economic events, and financial concepts with customers Excellent written communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable using messaging apps, CRM systems, and online collaboration tools Reliable computer and internet connection **Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience participating in financial, investment, or market-related communities Familiarity with chart analysis, market terminology, or analytical decision-making processes Experience supporting customers interested in financial education or online services Background in business, economics, finance, or related fields **What We Offer**:
