We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team, with a clear path toward full-time employment. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and employer branding within an international environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Languages, or related fields
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Italian (minimum B2 level) and French (minimum C1)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
