Role: Database Developer/PLSQL Developer

Mode: Fulltime/Permanent

Location: Italy(Remote)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

- Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
- Analyzing new change requests, design solutions and guide developers in implementation
- Supporting the development teams and supervising the design, testing, and modification stages
- Work as a part of the L3 support team
- Design specification, develop solutions according to functional and technical design specifications given in change requests




- Bug fixing & enhancements of workpackages and services
- Build and maintain IT solutions using technologies such as Java
- Participate in RCA of incidents and effort estimation
- Incident Handling & Problem Resolution
- Change Management
- Application Maintenance & Enhancement
- Monitoring & Infrastructure Support
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Client & Team Collaboration

Primary Technical Skills : PostgreSQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, Hibernate and JPA, PG logical replication, Joins & Partitioning, MS SQLServer, scripting (linux/windows), Python, Git & Bitbucket

Secondary Technical Skills : Database performance tuning, Java,
