Customer Service Specialist (Italian & Romanian Speaker)
Our client is a leading multinational company operating in the health, wellness and nutritional supplements industry , recognized globally for its commitment to product quality, customer satisfaction and innovation.
To support the continued growth of its European operations, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring an outstanding service experience and contributing to the enhancement of customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Customer Service Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience through timely, professional and solution-oriented support.
- Managing customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email and chat.
- Handling order processing, returns management, credit requests and related administrative activities.
- Gathering customer feedback and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting local market activities through the review, proofreading and translation of communication materials.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency of customer communications.
- Managing outbound communications related to backorders, shipment delays and service updates.
- Providing clear and accurate information regarding products, services and compensation programs.
- Participating in team projects, continuous improvement initiatives and performance review activities.
- Supporting company events and customer engagement initiatives when required.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures,
communication guidelines and company policies.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a customer-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role (minimum 1 year).
- Experience within the direct selling, FMCG, wellness, healthcare or consumer goods sectors will be considered a plus.
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Customer Service platforms and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Languages
- Italian: Native or C1+
- Romanian: Native or C1+
- English: Professional working proficiency
- French will be considered an advantage

Salary: Up to €50,000 Gross Annual Salary
